These provisional terms explain the service conditions for Smart Professional Passport.
Smart Professional Passport provides individuals with a verifiable digital professional identity. The platform enables individuals to record professional credentials, request independent verification, and share verified evidence.
Every account is owned by the individual. You control which credentials are added, which verifications are requested, and how your Career Profile is presented to third parties.
The platform strictly separates self-reported claims from independently confirmed evidence. AI assistance produces detected claims, but AI never verifies credentials. Verification requires independent confirmation.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Deactivated accounts enter a 6-month retention period before permanent deletion.
